I'm also writing a small webapp from the ground up - and although it's early days, I already haev some 'valuable' learnings:

1) It's so easy - the developers have rioted and declared emphatically that they're not going to use any of that nasty Javascript or CSS shenanigans - everything they need can be written server side.

Which leads nicely into...

2) Usability - Upon being given free reign to work with users to optimise the user experience, we have taken the opportunity to complain about a lack of requirements, and decided to just lump everything on 1 or 2 pages. The users have seen worse websites, so they shouldn't be too upset with ours...

3) Time is critical - cut out all that unnecessary frivolous crap, and I'm sure the project will be a stunning budgetary success.

Thanks for the Twitter Bootstrap link tho - I'll sneak that into the codebase just to ruin that "Web 1.0" experience everyone seems to want so badly....

Hi
No luck on my BlackBerry Bold either - just get the 'Unable to retrieve booking' message when I try to refresh my flight list.
I get "Sorry, this information is currently unavailable" when I try an airpoints logon.
This app did work briefly on the same phone about a year ago
